Is there a fee for employers?
Talking to us is free. We’ll share our terms when we understand what you need. Candidates never pay anything.
How do you choose who to introduce?
We look at the courses learners have finished, their quiz results, how consistently they learn, and where they live. We only share someone’s details after they agree to be introduced to you.
Can we hire freshers?
Yes. Many of our learners are new to retail and are training to get their first job. Others already work in stores and want to move up.
Can you train the people we hire?
Yes. We can make a short course on your products and SOPs for new joiners, or you can pay for existing courses for your team.
How do I check a candidate’s certificate?
Ask for their certificate or Resume ID and enter it on our verify page. You’ll see the name, the course and the date straight away.
